An exploration into incorporating Google Maps and LINZ data in Unreal Engine.

Concrete

With Concrete I focused on full body human computer interaction through motion tracking. Concrete is a sculpting experience using Unreal Engine and HTC Vive.

Seeking Sanctuary

Created for the Unreal Short Film Competition, Seeking Sanctuary was my introduction to virtual production. I was the technical director of this project, overseeing scene and film composition, and aiding our artists in integrating their work into Unreal Engine.

Painterly Shader and UI

A custom shader and accompanying UI created in Unreal. The shader was created to help unify artstyle while being asset agnostic. The UI was a way to give control over shader and scene lighting settings, without the need for any Unreal knowledge.

VFX

Two VFX projects using rooms of my house, these were an opportunity to practice compositing live action plates with VFX.

Robot Model

Modelling and texturing a character from reference, with a focus on topology. I used this project to finally begin learn Maya after many years working in Blender.
